The BD MaxZero™ Extension Set (MZ5301) is a pressure-rated minibore IV extension set designed for controlled fluid administration with minimal priming volume. With an approximate length of 18cm, it supports efficient line management while reducing fluid waste.

This extension set features a single bonded MaxZero™ needle-free connector and a spin male Luer Lock, allowing secure integration into compatible IV systems. The integrated slide clamp provides simple and effective flow control during use.

The pressure-rated design supports use with compatible systems up to 325 psi. Its lower priming volume of approximately 0.4mL makes it suitable for applications where fluid conservation and dosing accuracy are important.

Each unit is sterile, single-use, and manufactured without DEHP or natural latex, supporting use across a range of clinical environments.
