The BD Q-Syte™ Extension Set (385161) is a macro bore bi-extension set designed for use with vascular access devices in fluid administration. With a length of approximately 15cm, it supports efficient line management while allowing higher flow compared to minibore alternatives.

This extension set features two Q-Syte™ needle-free connectors, using split septum technology to allow access without needles. The connectors are compatible with standard Luer systems, while the spin male Luer Lock ensures a secure connection.

The macro bore tubing supports higher flow applications, while the priming volume of approximately 1.6mL reflects its larger internal diameter. Two integrated slide clamps allow for controlled management of fluid flow during use.

Each unit is sterile, single-use, and manufactured without DEHP or natural latex, making it suitable for a wide range of clinical environments.
