I no longer want a product

As a UKMEDI customer you can cancel any order within 30 days from the day after your order is received.

We will process the refund due to you within 14 days of the cancellation date or when we received the goods (or proof of return).

You can either email or phone us to let us know of the cancellation, we will give you a returns number and address to send the items.

Providing the product is returned as above and in the same condition as it was delivered we will refund the full cost of the product and the cost of shipping to you.  You will however be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

 

My order hasn't arrived

Where you have selected Tracked delivery of your order you can check the delivery status online from the email sent at dispatch or your customer account

If there's a problem with the tracking or your order hasn't been received within the timeframe selected when you ordered please phone or email us so we can investigate your delivery. 

If your order is late and you've paid for fast delivery we will refund the additional costs. 

An order +2 working days past the expected delivery date will be considered lost in the post and we will either replace or refund the full order costs.

 

Something is missing from my order

If you're missing an item from your order, phone or email us within 14 days of delivery.  We will investigate immediately and either replace or refund the missing item(s)

 

I've been sent the wrong item

If we accidentally get something wrong with your order, phone or email us within 14 days and we will arrange to collect it from you.  We can then send or refund the correct item.

 

My order has arrived damaged

We carefully pack every item so it arrives to you in perfect condition.  If this hasn't happened, phone or email us within 30 days and we will arrange to collect it from you.  We can then send you a replacement or refund the item.

 

Something I've ordered has broken in use

Single use, disposable items are not covered by a warranty as they are a consumable product.  However if a product is deemed faulty please phone or email us within 14 days and we will arrange to collect the item from you for inspection and replace or refund the item if the product is found to be at fault.

 

 

I'd like to exchange an item for something else

If you have changed your mind and want to exchange your item for something else, please phone or email us within 30 days from the day after your order is received.  We will provide a returns number and address for return of the original item. We will only exchange unused items in their original packaging.  The customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.  The customers original payment method will be debited or credited any difference in costs between the items before the exchange is sent out.

 

How should I package up an item to send back to you

Please ensure

  • The item and packaging are in the same condition as when you received it
  • Returns number (or original delivery note) is included or clearly marked on the return packaging
  • Your parcel is protected and well wrapped
  • Our returns address is clear

Please Note

We will not accept the return of any unsealed medical items after delivery due to health and hygiene reasons.  This does not effect your statutory consumer rights
